A venture that began with a small trading and grain merchant with lower capacity then has become a big and leading group with many successful establishments under its umbrella over time.

With a view of expansion the group members have established Boiled rice manufacturing plant at Bavla, Ahmedabad by the name of Ambica food products Pvt. Ltd. at Bavla In the year of 1995. Also there is a beginning of agricultural trading, government supply and cattle feed trading has begin.

In the year of 2009 there is a starting of Pradhin Exports for mainly activity of cattle feed raw material trading and imports and exports of pulses, grains, feed raw material and feeds.
